Job Responsibility

Drive AI Agent deployments for customers across the lifecycle — from pre-sales to post-launch optimization
Define AI roadmaps for the customer’s executive team by blending both quantitative analysis and qualitative insights
leverage automated conversation discovery tools in addition to traditional data analysis
Iterate prompt & context engineering to achieve customer’s use case and intended business outcomes
Own designing and running evaluations and A/B tests of AI Agents with Forward-Deployed Engineers (FDEs) using Cresta’s agent builder and beta internal tools
