Forward Deployed AI Engineer

• Work on SOTA AI systems to create the future of analytics
• be an early member of the team with significant influence on both the product and the company
• respond to and triage incoming support requests from both internal and external teams
• provide guidance to customer engineers and unblock their workflows
• take ownership as the first responder when things go wrong
• make things work in difficult and fuzzy environments including tackling challenges in deployment, integration, networking, security, and user experience
• have a significant equity stake in the company and own results of your work

• Python
• SQL
• Git
• 1+ years of data engineering or software development experience
• tinkered with building an AI agent or LLM workflow
• care deeply about users and want to help them solve their problems
• prefer a calm, asynchronous, work style
• want to work with people who are invested in your growth
• take pride in shipping great work fast
• are able to unblock yourself (e.g. by writing some front-end code)
• have experience or a strong demonstrated interest in data analytics and LLMs
• love learning and stepping-out-of-your-comfort-zone
