Job Description:

This position is offered as part of a major construction project. The assignment involves working alongside multiple contractors and a diverse team of specialists from various cultural and professional backgrounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, precise reinforced concrete components through expert formwork solutions, supporting structural integrity and compliance with safety standards on site.

Job Responsibility:

  • Construct and assemble formwork systems for concrete structures by interpreting technical drawings
  • Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure precision in dimensions and alignment
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project specifications and contribute to design solutions
  • Place reinforcement and ensure all components are securely positioned to maintain structural integrity during concrete pouring
  • Conduct self-checks to verifywork against technical requirements and quality standards
  • Implement safety rules and adhere to all site regulations throughout the construction process
  • Install prefabricated vertical and horizontal elements in line with project deadlines and specifications
  • Create vertical and horizontal formwork using both traditional and standardized techniques
  • Implement reservations and form framework assemblies, including frames and temporary structures
  • Report risky situations and apply hierarchical instructions as required for site operations
  • Document progress and communicate status updates to supervisors and client representatives as directed
  • Support quality control processes and maintain clear, accurate records in accordance with project protocols
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reinforced concrete and formwork techniques relevant to current project standards
  • Participate in ongoing training, toolbox talks, and briefings provided on site
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality through proactive engagement with continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

  • Professional title of Formworker, CAP Builder in masonry and reinforced concrete, BP Mason, or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in formwork construction, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring in large-scale building projects
  • Sound knowledge of safety regulations, reading reinforcement plans, and working with a variety of formwork techniques
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing durable, high-quality concrete structures
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings for precise and compliant execution of tasks
  • Professional reliability in adhering to safety practices, quality specifications, and project deadlines
