Job Responsibility

Accountable for formulation execution and laboratory operations
Execute lab-scale formulation trials as per approved trial strategy
Prepare experimental batches following Master Formula drafts
Measure, weigh, and process ingredients accurately
Maintain lab trial sheets, observation logs, and batch records
Capture and archive trial photographs and reports
Update project files and formulation folders
Prepare samples for internal testing and evaluation
Support feedback incorporation and formulation refinement
Assist in preparation of Internal Test Reports (ITR)
