Job Description:

SRG are working with an exciting, fast-growing eco cleaning brand as they establish their first British production site. This organisation simplify cleaning whilst reducing plastic and water waste, producing laundry sheets and cleaning tabs. As a result of bringing their manufacturing in-house they are seeking an experienced formulation chemist to develop and scale their products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and scale their products
  • Play a hands-on role in product development and manufacturing
  • Build formulations and play a key role in building a business for the future
  • Develop and optimise formulations and design effective surfactant systems to deliver strong cleaning performance
  • Involved in all aspects of product development from R&D through to manufacturing

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable prior formulation experience
  • Strong understanding of surfactant systems
  • Experience developing solid delivery systems
  • Experience in home care products is preferred
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred
