Forman - Streets Division

The city of Marlborough DPW is accepting applications for the full-time Forman-Streets Division to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Streets Division, which includes the maintenance and repair of all the streets and sidewalks, erection and maintenance of signs, cleaning of the streets, catch basins, culverts, drains and related underground structures within the city. This position serves as a working foreman, providing direct oversight of streets crews, assigning work, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with other DPW divisions and city departments. The role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of public works operations and best practices, and the ability to respond to emergencies and citizen service requests in a timely and professional manner.
