Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a skilled Forklift Counterbalance Warehouse Worker to join a dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities include operating forklift equipment safely, handling inventory, and contributing to the overall efficiency and organisation of the warehouse operation. Candidates must bring necessary certifications, proven experience, and physical stamina to ensure successful performance.

Job Responsibility:

Operate counterbalance forklift safely and proficiently to move, stack, and transport materials within the warehouse
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures
Accurately load and unload goods, ensuring proper placement and organisation within the warehouse
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Collaborate effectively with other warehouse team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

Valid forklift operator certification (counterbalance)
Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse setting
Strong safety awareness and a commitment to safe work practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects

Nice to have:

Experience with specific types of materials handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, reach trucks)
Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations
