Blue Arrow are excited to open this opportunity for Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift Truck Drivers to work for our internationally renowned logistics client in the BT26 post code area. These roles will appeal to an individual who loves working in a fast-paced team. The role boasts a great work life balance with Monday-Friday work. Based in Culcavy, own transport preferable due to location of site. Please note that the you will also be utilised as a picker in the warehouse and not solely driving the Reach Truck.

Job Responsibility

  • General warehouse operative duties- including picking/packing
  • Unloading and loading of pallets and stock
  • Use of FLT vehicle
  • Attention to detail required
  • Good level of verbal and writing understanding required due to filling orders etc.

Requirements

  • Valid FLT licence/certificate
  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Knowledge of order picking processes
  • Manual handling skills - this is a physically demanding role, you need to have the ability to regularly lift and move goods up to 25kg
  • Awareness of Health & Safety practices in the workplace
  • Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level of accuracy, striving for 100% accuracy and maximum productivity in all tasks
  • Flexibility and reliability (attendance at work) is essential
  • Excellent team working skills along with the ability to work independently
  • Great work ethic
