Job Description:

This Forklift Mechanic role in Milton offers the opportunity to showcase your skills and expand your knowledge. A well-known and reputable food distribution and wholesale company in Milton is seeking a talented and ambitious Forklift Mechanic to join their team.

Job Responsibility:

completing preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing power material handling equipment
handling, maintaining, and repairing battery and chargers
logging and reporting using CMMS
adhering to health and safety standards and regulations

Requirements:

Trade school education preferred
2-5 years of experience working as a mechanic with electrical equipment experience (forklifts, aerial lift equipment)
knowledgeable in hydraulics, AC/DC systems, mechanical components of rolling equipment
team player, creative, autonomous
