Forklift Operator

• Assemble loads using formulations
• print picking tickets and Bills of Lading
• Pick loads as per picking tickets
• Check weights to ensure trucks are not overweight
• Fill out proper paperwork, including Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act (T.D.G.) if applicable
• Maintain stock in the warehouse
• Keep the warehouse neat and tidy
• Drive a forklift
• Assist the receiving department when needed if possible
• Distribute plant orders
• Maintain cycle counting as per the system
• Provide service to other departments such as Marketing.

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating stand-up and counterbalance forklifts
• Lift truck experience license is a must
• Must be comfortable and experienced with Drive-Thru racking
• Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certification is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer experience.
