Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in Brampton. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to safely and efficiently move materials within our warehouse. This job is located in the Kennedy and Steeles area, Monday to Friday, 1:30PM to 10:00PM ... Job Responsibility:

Operating the counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and stack materials
Precisely executing the loading and unloading of inbound and outbound transport trucks
Stacking and storing materials accurately in designated warehouse locations
Performing accurate order picking to support distribution schedules
Diligently maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to all established safety protocols

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of recent, hands-on experience operating a counterbalance forklift
Possession of a valid forklift operator license is mandatory
Proven experience (3-5 years) working in a distribution, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
Exceptional attendance record, strong sense of responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail and safety
Excellent verbal communication skills and the proven ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team
