Job Responsibility

  • Precision Driving: Efficiently and safely maneuver Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Counterbalance, Reach, Order Pickers, or Walkies
  • Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage supply chain flow by loading/unloading trailers and staging materials for production lines
  • Digital Inventory Tracking: Maintain high data accuracy by utilizing handheld RF scanners to log stock movements
  • Safety Ownership: Perform standard pre-shift equipment inspections and champion a zero-harm workplace culture

Requirements

  • Valid Forklift Certification is highly preferred (Reach, Counterbalance, Walkie, or Raymond Reach)
  • 1 year of proven forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
  • A history of reliability, punctuality, and great teamwork
  • Ability to stay sharp and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A proactive approach to keeping yourself and your teammates safe

Nice to have

  • Freight Management: Direct the flow of goods by executing accurate inbound receiving, strategic inventory put-away, and outbound trailer loading
  • Order Optimization: Meet daily throughput targets by utilizing RF scanners to pick, pack, verify, and stage client shipments with zero errors
  • Inventory Integrity: Assist with quality control measures, including routine cycle counts and detailed stock audits, to maintain data accuracy
  • Operational Support: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform physical warehouse tasks as required, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs
