Job Description:

Are you an experienced certified forklift operator, comfortable driving a sit-down counterbalance forklift, and looking for a challenging position in Dorval? Randstad, a global leader in talent solutions, is seeking a certified forklift operator / Material Handler for one of its major clients in the Manufacturing and Logistics sector.

Job Responsibility:

Safely and efficiently operate the sit-down counterbalance forklift
Accurately execute, complete, and close work orders for the shipping department
Prepare, pack, and label orders for shipment, adhering to quality standards
Write daily reports on inventory movements, shipments, and receipts
Assist the logistics team with handling and inventory management tasks as needed

Requirements:

Possess a valid certification for the sit-down counterbalance forklift (Counter Balance Forklift)
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of recent experience in a Certified Forklift Operator / Material Handler role
Work experience in a warehouse or Manufacturing and Logistics environment
Ability to perform material handling tasks and lift loads (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
Strong work references related to the logistics sector
