Job Description:

Are you a skilled Forklift Operator seeking for a full time job? Apply now! This is a role in North West Winnipeg. The ideal candidate will have their own reliable transportation as this location is not bus route accessible. Tasks include; -Operating sit down forklift in a fast paced environment with tight corners -Lifting 50-75lbs as required (25% of the day is lifting, 75% operating forklift) -Working independently and in a team -Loading and unloading materials on the dock Wage :$19/h Thursday - Monday; 1:30pm - 10:00pm Wednesday - Sunday; 1:30pm - 10:00pm MUST own a car. Valid Forklift license with dock stocker class is mandatory. Steel toed shoes and vest required.

Job Responsibility:

Operating sit down forklift in a fast paced environment with tight corners
Lifting 50-75lbs as required (25% of the day is lifting, 75% operating forklift)
Working independently and in a team
Loading and unloading materials on the dock
Loading and unloading: Handling freight in and out of trailers
Forklift operation: Perform 75% of tasks using a forklift
Manual handling: Perform 25% of lifting tasks
Safety: Maintain a safe work environment and cooperate with the team
Compliance with safety rules is paramount

Requirements:

Must own a car
Valid Forklift license with dock stocker class is mandatory
Steel toed shoes and vest required
have a valid external forklift license
have experience on DOCKSTOCKER machine
have previous experience in LTL loading and unloading
be able to lift 75 pounds
able to lift 50-75lbs as required
Operating sit down forklift in a fast paced environment with tight corners
Working independently and in a team
