Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Precision Handling: Operating lift trucks to load, unload, and stack materials
Inventory Flow: Ensuring production lines stay supplied and finished goods are safely stored
Safety Excellence: Conducting daily equipment inspections and maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace
Problem Solving: Navigating tight spaces and complex inventory layouts with ease
Safe and efficient operation of all assigned forklift equipment
Loading and unloading trailers
Moving pallets and products throughout the warehouse
Staging, wrapping, and organizing inventory
Supporting shipping and receiving tasks
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Communicating clearly with supervisors and team members

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Material Handler or Forklift Operator
A track record of punctuality and a strong work ethic
Ability to perform basic equipment checks and understand machine limits
Comfortable working in a hands-on, active warehouse setting
A minimum of 6 months of experience operating a Forklift
Valid forklift license (Reach, Dock Stocker, SDCB, Walkie)
Great communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
Strong attendance and reliability
Able to lift up to 50 lbs as required
