Job Responsibility

  • Equipment Proficiency: Safely and expertly operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Counterbalance, Reach trucks, Order Pickers, or Walkies
  • Logistics Optimization: Support continuous production by efficiently loading and unloading shipping trailers while staging inventory with high accuracy
  • Inventory Accuracy: Utilize handheld RF scanners to update, track, and document inventory movements in real-time
  • Proactive Safety Leadership: Conduct comprehensive pre-operational equipment inspections and uphold a zero-injury workplace standard daily

Requirements

  • Valid Certification: A current Forklift License is highly preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, Raymond Reach, or Walkie)
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience operating forklifts within a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Professional Reliability: A proven track record of consistent attendance, punctuality, and collaborative teamwork
  • Precision & Adaptability: The ability to maintain strong focus, accuracy, and efficiency within a fast-paced industrial setting
