Are you a skilled Forklift Operator looking for a 3-day weekend every week? Join Lactalis Canada, the world’s #1 dairy company (home to Black Diamond, Lactantia, and Astro). We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious operators to join our modern Oshawa distribution center.

Job Responsibility:

Operate Crown Reach, Dockstockers, and Walkie equipment
Manage inventory using RF Scanning technology
Balance tasks between shipping/receiving, picking, and QC inspections
Maintain a safe, clean "food-grade" warehouse environment

Requirements:

Proven experience on a Reach truck (specifically Crown Reach is an asset)
A "Safety First" mindset—you care about your teammates' well-being
Flexibility to work a 4x10 schedule (Day or Afternoon shifts)
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
