Hold a valid Forklift Licence (LF)
Have experience operating a Forklift in a similar environment or industry (Transport and Logistics)
Have experience loading/unloading a variety of freight including oversized, ugly, long lengths, general and non-palletised freight
Be able to manually handle freight up to 20kgs.

Job Responsibility

Loading a range of general freight, including oversized, blended and long lengths
Loading and unload mezzanine floor trailers, line-haul trailers, local vehicles and containers
Manual handling.

Job Responsibility

Conduct quality control checks to ensure transaction accuracy
Load and unload pallets and cases from trucks and conveyor lines using equipment or manual handling
Sort and build product pallets to meet customer specifications
Apply shrink wrap to pallets using appropriate machinery
Complete pre- and post-operation equipment checklists
Maintain storage location accuracy through daily cycle counts and inventory maintenance tasks
Perform other distribution functions as needed based on business volume and operational needs
