Job Description:

Are you a highly organized and experienced Forklift Operator ready for a long-term opportunity with a fantastic company? Our client in Edmonton is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in a forklift role. If you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have a knack for inventory accuracy, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Expertly utilize a Reach and Counterbalance forklift to load, unload trucks, and pick products
  • Safely handle the loading and unloading of transport trucks and other deliveries
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy through diligent stock checks, RF scanning, and proper labeling/relabeling
  • Prepare and wrap skids, and maintain detailed, accurate logs and records of all shipments and inventory
  • Accurately input data into software (like Excel) to track inventory and shipments
  • Ensure a clean and organized work area (general housekeeping) and assist with other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a warehouse distribution setting
  • A valid forklift license with proven experience operating both Counterbalance and Reach forklifts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong data entry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
