Looking for a stable path to a permanent role with a pay bump? We’re hiring Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a high-speed distribution center in Woodstock. Start as a temporary associate and fast-track your way to a lucrative permanent position with a team that values safety and precision.

Job Responsibility:

Operate Counterbalance forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory
Use RF scanners to track shipments and ensure 100% accuracy
Load/unload trailers and verify paperwork
Maintain a clean workspace and collaborate to hit daily shipping targets

Requirements:

Valid Counterbalance Forklift license (Mandatory)
Atleast 1–2 years of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift
Consistent attendance and your own transportation to the site
