We are seeking reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious Forklift Operators / Warehouse Associates for temporary opportunities in Winnipeg. Job Responsibility

  • Safely and efficiently operate forklifts (Sit-down Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie/Pallet Jack) to move, stage, and stack materials
  • Comfortable performing repetitive lifting and moving of materials weighing 50lbs as needed for the duration of an 8-hour shift
  • Maintain a high standard of inventory organization to keep operations running smoothly
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels while standing, walking, and bending throughout a full shift
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from trailers and containers
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to read English labels

Requirements

  • CSA-certified steel-toed boots is REQUIRED for site access
  • Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Order Picker preferred)
  • Prior experience operating manual or electric pallet jacks is an asset
  • Minimum 6 months of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Comfortable working in various environments (warehouses, outdoors, or manufacturing floors)
  • Strong sense of balance and dexterity
  • Familiarity with RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a strong asset
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation is preferred to ensure consistent attendance
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a team-player attitude
