Job Description

Randstad Ville Saint-Laurent is actively recruiting a Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a leader in the railway parts distribution industry. At the heart of the distribution center, your tasks will combine forklift operation and logistics management.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the smooth shipping and receiving of goods (inbound and outbound dock management)
  • Safely operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move parts throughout the warehouse
  • Perform data entry into the computer system and ensure rigorous inventory tracking
  • Assist with order picking and comfortably lift loads (up to 50 lbs)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, ideally within shipping and receiving functions
  • Valid forklift certification (experience on both sit-down and stand-up forklifts required)
  • Great computer literacy for inventory and data entry tracking
  • Ability to communicate effectively in either French or English
