Master digital fulfillment by utilizing high-speed RF scanning systems to locate, pull, and verify client orders with zero errors. Engineer secure shipments by taking ownership of the staging area—constructing, balancing, and wrapping pallets for maximum durability. Streamline facility mobility, using manual equipment to relocate stock and maintain an uninterrupted production flow. Audit shop standards proactively, identifying inventory mismatches and eliminating hazards to keep the facility running like a well-oiled machine. Enforce a "safety first" culture, acting as a vigilant guardian of site protocols to ensure every shift concludes without incident.

Requirements

  • Must have 6+ months of hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Must have experience with the reach truck and valid certification
  • Reliable personal transportation (a car) is a strong asset as many job sites are not accessible by public transit
  • A strict commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures is non-negotiable
  • Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs as required
