Are you an experienced Forklift Operator/Order Picker who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have narrow aisle stand-up forklift experience and enjoy working in a role that keeps you active and engaged? Our client in Greater Victoria is seeking a reliable and skilled Forklift Operator/Order Picker to join their team as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity in the food distribution sector with the potential to transition to a permanent role after 3 months.

Job Responsibility:

Shipping and receiving materials
Managing inventory
Operating a stand-up forklift
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Wrapping and labeling materials
Performing other duties as assigned
Forklift operator/ order picker, forklift a MUST
50% in cooler, 50% in freezer

Requirements:

1-3 years of recent shipping and receiving experience
Narrow aisle stand-up forklift experience is a must
Comfortable working in cold and wet environment
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy

What we offer:

Monday to Friday schedule – weekends off
9:00 AM-5:30 PM
Full-time hours – stable and consistent work
Weekly pay – get paid every week
Vacation pay – included in your weekly pay
