We are actively hiring experienced Counterbalance/Order Picker/Reach Crown Forklift Operators to join fast-growing logistics and transportation team at a modern, high-volume distribution facility in Milton, Ontario. This is a great opportunity for licensed forklift operators who want steady hours, a safety-focused environment, and room to grow. You will be responsible for operating an Order Picker/Counterbalance/reach forklift, handling order picking and put-away tasks, and working at heights in a fast-paced warehouse setting. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a high-volume logistics environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate the Order Picker/reach/CB forklift to perform order picking, put-away, and inventory movement
  • Work safely at heights in a high-volume warehouse environment
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity while supporting daily logistics operations
  • Follow safety protocols and warehouse compliance standards

Requirements
