Job Description:

Randstad is hiring Dock Stocker Operators to join a world-class leader in lawn and garden products for an upcoming seasonal project in Balzac, Alberta. Starting at $19.50 per hour, this is your chance to work with the team responsible for helping millions of people grow and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. We are looking for reliable operators for a steady Monday to Friday (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) schedule. This is a high-energy, seasonal role where you will be handling essential gardening goods during the busiest time of the year.

Job Responsibility:

Safely operate Dock Stocker forklifts to load and unload seasonal garden and lawn care products
Efficiently clear trailers and stage garden products for outbound shipping
Organize the shipping dock to handle high-volume seasonal surges
Perform daily equipment checks and keep a clean, hazard-free workspace

Requirements:

Proven experience specifically operating a Dock Stocker forklift
Valid forklift certification or the ability to pass a practical on-site test
Reliability is a must—we need people who can commit to the full seasonal project
Must own CSA-approved steel-toed boots
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
