Job Responsibility

Delivering supplies to the various production areas
Delivering incoming goods to the departments that need them
Methodically arranging goods in the warehouse
Entering the necessary information for each product into the computer system
Preparing orders for shipment
Inspecting forklift at start of day
Making deliveries of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies to operators
Checking in with operators throughout the day for supply requests
Wrapping loaded pallets in plastic and taking them to the designated part of the warehouse
Rotating products as needed

Inspect and verify order with bill of lading, unload pallets, barrels and combos of supplies (meat, beans, TVP, tomato paste, chilies, chili sauce) with a forklift
Hand stack materials on pallets when needed
Check production schedule and stage raw materials in freezer, cooler and production staging areas for next day’s production
Monitor the unloading of bulk products as required
Rotate goods in the warehouse
perform inventory counts and double stack pallets of supplies as required
Perform general housekeeping duties in work area and on the forklift and charge battery on forklift as needed
