Pay, Incentives & Shift Patterns: £12.71/hour + excellent shift premiums; Overtime: Sat x1.5 | Sun x2; 25 days holiday + bank holidays; Bonus scheme + PPE provided; Canteen, café & vending facilities; Permanent roles reviewed quarterly. Shift Patterns example: Days & Afternoons (Fortnightly Rotation) and 3-Shift Rotation (Weekly Rotation). Primary Activities & Expectations: Operate B1 Counterbalance trucks, Transport, pack & scan engine parts, Follow standard operating procedures, Manual handling (aided) where needed, Work safely with attention to detail, Basic PC skills and scanner use, Maintain accuracy & support warehouse flow. Certifications - Do you have an internal or external licence that is accredited by any of the below ABA-recognised bodies? NPORS, RTITB, AITT, ITSSAR. Primary: B1 - Counterbalance Forklift Truck. Desirable (additional MHE certifications): A5, F1, P1, A2, H1. For the right candidates, we offer training and upskilling on additional MHE equipment.
