Job Responsibility:
Safely operate High Reach and/or Counterbalance forklifts for loading, unloading, and putaway
Perform accurate QA checks, count verification, and stage pallets correctly in designated dispatch lanes
Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure 100% accuracy between physical stock and system records
Follow strict pallet capture processes to record pallet types (CHEP/LOSCAM) accurately at the point of completion
Execute pick/pack tasks efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
Maintain work areas to a high standard and report any hazards or near misses immediately
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or 3PL environment
Current and valid Forklift Licence (LF)
Competency using RF scanners and basic understanding of WMS
Strong numeracy skills
Team player who follows SOPs
Must have full right to work in Australia
