Forklift Driver

• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment
• Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed
• Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
• Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required

• Forklift licence required
• Experience driving high-reach forklifts highly regarded
• Physical capability for heavy, repetitive lifting
• Comfort with manual handling
• Availability for rotating roster including 3 out of 4 weekends
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong customer focus
• Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
