We've got an exciting opportunity for an experienced Forklift Operator to join a busy, high-energy site handling fresh fruit deliveries during peak season. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working as part of a team, this could be the perfect fit! Immediate starts available with work until the end of August or starts available at the end of June until the end of August. Pay & Hours: Pay: £32,043 pro rata (£15.31 per hour) Contract: Fixed-term summer project (15th June to the end August) Hours: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (days, nights & weekends) Day shift: 06:00 to 1800 Night shift 18:00 to 06:00 Rotating Panama shift pattern (great work/life balance with built-in days off) What you'll be doing: Unloading full bins of freshly harvested blackcurrants from side-loading lorries; Transporting bins to the intake area and positioning them for processing; Keeping the flow moving by returning empty bins for reloading; Supporting a smooth, continuous production line; Carrying out daily equipment always checks and operating safely; Communicating with the yard team to keep everything running like clockwork; Pitching in with general yard duties when needed What makes this role exciting?
