Job Description:

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: picking, packing and checking of products, replenishment, following safety procedures, using forklifts, storing and retrieving stock, and supporting the team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs
  • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area
  • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed
  • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks
  • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse
  • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts

Requirements:

  • Valid forklift licence (LF)
  • Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail
  • ‘Togetherness’ mindset
  • Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently
  • Energetic approach
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting
