Job Description

Morson Edge is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for one of our highly regarded clients who have recently expanded to the Hoddesdon area. We are delighted to invite a new professional to join our team, offering an excellent opportunity to become part of a reputable and growing organisation.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct pre-shift checks to ensure the forklift is in safe working order
  • Operate the forklift safely and efficiently at all times
  • Maintain smooth flow of goods within the warehouse
  • Load and unload goods from vehicles and storage racks
  • Accurately record inventory movements
  • Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and well-organised
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets and uphold quality standards
  • Undertake manual handling tasks including lifting, picking, and packing as required

Requirements

  • Valid Forklift Licence for Counterbalance and Reach or Pivot Steer trucks
  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment
  • Basic IT proficiency to operate computer systems
  • Strong team player, comfortable working within a close-knit team
  • Excellent English communication skills
