Forklift Driver

• Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock around warehouses and yard areas
• Stacking and storing pallets
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
• Following all site health & safety procedures

• Previous experience operating forklift trucks within warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or yard environments
• Confident using Counterbalance, Reach, Bendi/Flexi, or PPT trucks depending on site requirements
• A valid and in-date forklift certificate/licence from a recognised accrediting
• Good understanding of warehouse operations and safe manual handling procedures
• Strong awareness of workplace health & safety regulations and safe loading/unloading practices
• Ability to complete daily equipment checks and report faults or damages promptly
• Experience working to deadlines in fast-paced environments while maintaining accuracy
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Team player with a flexible attitude towards duties and shift patterns
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for stock handling and paperwork completion
• Own transport preferred due to some client locations and varying shift times
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, or overtime where required
