Job Description:

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker, you will optimize fulfilment operations, ensure stock availability, and safely use equipment while collaborating on customer-focused solutions. Physical work and heavy lifting are required.

Job Responsibility:

Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders
actively contributing to goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of inventory
ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures are followed
using forklifts and machines to complete tasks
storing, retrieving, replenishing and transporting stock within the warehouse

Requirements:

Valid forklift licence
availability to work Monday to Sunday 6am-10pm
availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month
passion for optimising fulfilment operations
ability to collaborate and work independently
energetic approach
strong customer focus
ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
safe mindset and ability to perform physical work including heavy, repetitive lifting
