Job Description:

Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Warehouse & Production Operative, Needed in Frampton, Gloucestershire. This role is ideal for someone happy to work in a physically active environment, including manual handling, lifting, and supporting warehouse and production operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable and growing business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
  • High-level picking and stock replenishment
  • Goods In: unload deliveries, put-away stock, and rework as needed
  • Goods Out: scanning/voice picking, packing, dispatch, and quality check
  • Lifting, loading, stacking, and wrapping pallets of stock
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting required
  • Support production and manufacturing processes

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck certificate
  • Proven forklift driving experience
  • Previous warehouse or production experience
  • Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Good attention to detail and communication skills
  • Flexibility to support the team when needed
