Job Description:

Randstad Canada is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Operators for a client in Winnipeg. This role requires hands-on experience loading and unloading LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments in a warehouse or cross-dock environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Safely operate a Sit-Down Counterbalance (SDCB) forklift
  • Load and unload LTL freight from trailers
  • Properly stage, stack, and secure freight
  • Perform dock work including palletizing and freight movement
  • Follow all workplace safety standards and procedures
  • Meet productivity and accuracy expectations

Requirements:

  • Valid forklift certification (SDCB required)
  • Previous LTL loading experience is mandatory
  • Experience in a warehouse, transportation, or cross-dock setting
  • Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual
