Job Description:

Our client specialized technology and equipment provider looking for a reliable, self-motivated logistics professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a "self-starter" who thrives when working independently and takes pride in managing a high-value warehouse environment with precision and care. This position requires a seamless blend of physical operation and administrative coordination. You will be the primary person on the floor, responsible for the end-to-end warehouse process—from high-reach racking to system updates and dispatch documentation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Expertly operate both High-Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to move heavy and high-value equipment
  • Work predominantly by yourself, managing the daily flow of the warehouse and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently without constant direction
  • Use computer systems to respond to emails, update stock levels, and print essential dispatch and shipping documents
  • Accurately fulfill orders, ensuring high-value products are handled with extreme care and packaged securely
  • Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to the Operations Supervisor regarding stock levels and daily progress

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of consistent warehouse experience
  • At least 1 year of experience operating forklifts, specifically with high-reach and pallet handling
  • Must hold a valid LF Forklift License
  • Comfortable handling basic office tasks, including email correspondence and digital inventory tracking systems
  • Proven ability to manage a workload solo while maintaining high safety and organizational standards
  • Experience handling high-value or heavy products where accuracy is critical
