Requirements

Previous warehouse experience (freezer/chilled environment preferred but not essential)
Indate Counterbalance or Reach Truck Licence
Comfortable working in cold temperatures with PPE supplied
Basic understanding of warehouse health & safety
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting where required
Ability to work weekends as it would be a 5 over 7 shift pattern

Job Responsibility

Loading/unloading goods from trailers, containers, or racking, and moving materials efficiently within the facility
Performing pre-use checks, such as inspecting brakes, hydraulics, and tires, and reporting any defects immediately
Pick, pack, and move stock within freezer and ambient areas
Maintain correct stock rotation following FIFO principles
Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes
Ensure all areas are kept clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards
Use handheld scanners or warehouse systems to update stock information
Operate pallet trucks or other warehouse equipment (training provided if required)
