Job Description:

A strong opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a fast‑paced, high‑performing warehouse operation at Fradley Park. This is a stable, long‑term role with consistent hours, excellent pay, and a genuine route to permanent employment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading trailers with precision
  • Handling 150-200 pallets per shift in a busy environment
  • Working closely with the warehouse team to meet tight deadlines
  • Completing basic equipment checks and following all H&S procedures

Requirements:

  • A valid, in‑date Counterbalance Licence
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or pallet network environment
  • Confidence working with high pallet volumes
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety‑first approach
  • Flexibility with evening start times from 6pm
