Job Description:

A leading injection moulding company is seeking a Forging Specialist (Hot and Cold Forging) to develop and optimize forging processes, ensure production efficiency, and collaborate with engineering teams.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and optimize hot and cold forging processes to produce high-quality steel components
Ensure the production schedule is maintained while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste
Analyze and troubleshoot forging processes and equipment to improve production performance and quality
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and modify dies and tooling for forging operations
Conduct regular quality inspections and tests to meet compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
Document processes and create reports on production performance, yield rates, and quality metrics
Train and mentor production staff on hot and cold forging techniques, safety practices, and quality control measures

Requirements:

B.E(Mech), Diploma
10 – 15 years in hot forging with strong engineering experience (new product development)
6-8 years of experience minimum
