Job Description:

TMGM seeks a passionate and experienced Hindi Speaking Account Manager to join our incredible team. Your primary focus will be driving sales for our products and services and providing clients with exceptional service across all communication channels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in driving sales by promoting and selling TMGM's products and services
  • Independently use strong sales skills to identify and generate client pipelines
  • Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Expand knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and TMGM's platforms and products
  • Strive to achieve team and individual metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry
  • Previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields
  • Great willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers
  • Confident communication skills or motivation to enhance communication abilities
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities
  • Proactive in addressing challenges with a problem-solving mindset
  • Diligent worker driven to achieve results
  • Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi

  • Apply knowledge in Forex trading to analyse the processing methods and foreign exchange trade lifecycle of clients
  • Analyse the position of foreign exchange trading in the investment process of clients and prospects to determine suitability for Eightcap services
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of foreign exchange products and services by initiating frequent contact with other financial or competitor institutions, partners, and stay informed about industry laws and regulations
  • Manage the complete sales cycle process from initiation through compliance to the onboarded trading client
  • Establish rapport and trust with clients by effectively presenting technical derivative trading solutions to clients
  • Actively seek out new sources of leads and client referrals
