Job Description:

Join our team as a Forest School Practitioner. This role is based in our Forest School, but would also be to work within the preschool room as required. We are looking for someone passionate about creating brighter futures for children. Bring your enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication, and let’s make a difference together!

Job Responsibility:

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care
  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
  • Work within the preschool room as required

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or Forest School qualification
  • Previous experience working in a Forest School
