Job Responsibility:
Design and implement robust rubrics for training forensic psychology AI models
Apply forensic psychological expertise to evaluate and enhance AI-generated content

Provide clear, detailed written and verbal feedback on model performance and rubric effectiveness
Identify and address potential biases in training data and AI model outputs

Stay up-to-date with advancements in forensic psychology and AI to inform training strategies
Requirements:
Master’s, Ph.D., or Psy.D in psychology
Demonstrated experience working in forensic psychology or a closely related field

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in articulating complex psychological concepts for diverse audiences
