Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement robust rubrics for training forensic psychology AI models
  • Apply forensic psychological expertise to evaluate and enhance AI-generated content
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure training material reflects current best practices and ethical standards
  • Provide clear, detailed written and verbal feedback on model performance and rubric effectiveness
  • Identify and address potential biases in training data and AI model outputs
  • Document and communicate psychological concepts to technical and non-technical team members
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in forensic psychology and AI to inform training strategies

Requirements:

  • Master’s, Ph.D., or Psy.D in psychology
  • Demonstrated experience working in forensic psychology or a closely related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in articulating complex psychological concepts for diverse audiences
