Job Responsibility

  • Design and refine comprehensive rubrics for evaluating forensic psychiatric cases within an AI training framework
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to translate complex psychiatric concepts into actionable training data
  • Review, analyze, and annotate forensic materials to ensure the AI’s decision-making aligns with current standards of practice
  • Assess model outputs for clinical accuracy, ethical considerations, and real-world applicability
  • Contribute subject-matter expertise to ongoing development, testing, and improvement of AI models
  • Communicate clearly and proactively in written and verbal formats to document processes and convey findings to multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • MD or PhD in Psychiatry with board certification
  • Demonstrated experience in forensic psychiatric assessment and report writing
