Job Description:

Join our team as a Mental Health OT and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with a range of mental health conditions.

Job Responsibility:

perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

current and valid HCPC registration
experience working within inpatient rehab
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
