Job Description:

We are looking for Internal Forensic Auditor Investigation Manager for our business partner in technology and telecommunication sector, to be based in Istanbul, Turkey and covering the Europe and Central Asia region. The Overseas Professional Investigation Manager is responsible for proactively leading and managing sensitive, high-risk investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, corruption, and violations of law or company policy. This role requires a unique blend of investigative expertise, cultural fluency, legal acumen, and diplomatic skill to navigate diverse legal and regulatory environments while protecting the company's interests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pro-actively screen and investigate portfolio of suspected frauds within the company
  • Investigate fraud across the region by identifying and detecting fraudulent activities and investigating claims
  • Conduct detailed investigations, identifying and collecting evidence, interview relevant parties
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, organizations and law enforcements
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze information and data from various sources

Requirements:

  • Areas of Knowledge preferred: Investigation, Auditing, Compliance, Legal and General Accounting and Finance Administration
  • 6+ years' investigations or forensic or audit experiences
  • Experiences gained from Big 4 firms or large corporations are preferred
  • Working experience in Central Asia, including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, is an advantage
  • Execution experience of special investigations and developing fraud prevention rules
  • Accept travelling internationally and can operate autonomously in field missions
  • Professional investigation qualification is an advantage, or ACFE and CIA certificate is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal skills in English and Russian for international work
  • Additional languages such as Turkish is an advantage
