Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Foreman to join our team based in Ydra. Your role will encompass supervising and coordinating various crews on construction on site, ensuring safety of site personnel and machinery, assisting the site manager with reporting and progress & schedule monitoring, and more.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise and coordinate various crews on construction on site
Ensure safety of site personnel and machinery for the whole construction period. Ensure compliance with all HSE procedures, applicable by law policies and company policies
Assist the site manager with reporting and progress & schedule monitoring
Assist the site manager to ensure compliance with project’s Quality procedures and fill in quality documents
Follow, update and revise the time plan and progress forecast of the project
Develop detailed daily and weekly work plans to facilitate project schedule completion
Verifying the adequacy of plans and construction resources in terms of manpower, material and equipment
Identifies and communicates all application and installation concerns

Requirements:

University degree in Engineering (Civil or similar)
High level technical background in construction
Proven track record in a similar role with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience
Working knowledge of MS Office
Languages: English & Greek essential
Organizational skills / Critical thinking and problem solving skills

Nice to have:

Experience with environmental projects will be considered as a plus
Experience with Quality procedures will be considered as a plus
