Previous supervisory experience preferred
Must have good oral communication skills
Must have all the required hand tools
Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds frequently on the job and able to climb more than 300 feet

Job Responsibility

Supervises and coordinates the activities of a shift engaged in fabricating structural steel
Assist workers in performance of tasks, such as welding, fitting, etc
Prepares performance reviews, warning/counseling reports and termination reports
Responsible for the timely preparation of time sheets and work reports for payroll
Responsible for adhering to all company safety program, QA/QC program, and OSHA regulations
The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required
