Job Description:

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program Analyst to support the Naval Expeditionary Program Office which falls under Program Executive Office Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC).

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute/support FMS case lifecycle (initiation to closure) and policy actions
  • Assist on international agreements (MOAs/MOUs/DEAs), IPT/WG participation, program reviews, risk tracking, acquisition docs, and presentations
  • non-voting support to contract admin actions (no OCI)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred in Intl Relations/Business/Global Studies/Intl Law)
  • 5+ years of FMS experience-developing/fielding/sustaining systems, ISR ops, or Performance-Based Acquisition/FMS
  • Must have an active Secret clearance
